Ingredients:
- Tomatoes : 500 gms
- Garlic Cloves : 2 numbers
- Mint leaves : 2 Tbsps(chopped)
- Curry Leaves : 2 springs
- Cummin seeds : 2 tsps
- Turmeric Powder : pinch
- Tamarind pulp : 1 tsp
- Chilli powder : 1tsp
- Green chill : 1
- Red Chilli : 2
- Corriander Powder : 1tsp
- Cummin and fennel seeds powder : pinch
- Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
- salt : to taste
- Corriander leaves : 1/2 bunch.
Method:
- Put a vessel add oil,cummin seeds,mint leaves,curry leaves,garlic cloves,green chilli (sliced) and turmeric powder.
- Add pure(Take a blender and add tomato pieces and blend it till smooth pure.) to it and let it boil for 10 mins.
- Add red chilli powder,cummin powder, Fennelseeds & cummin seeds powder,corriander powder and salt.
- Garnish with corriander leaves and serve tomato charu with rice.
