Ingridients:
- Lamb Meat or Goat Meat - 500 grams.
- Oil - 1 tablespoons.
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- Coconut powder - 1 tbsp.
- Cardamom - 4.
- Clove - 4.
- Cinnamon stick - 4.
- Black cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp.
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
- Chopped onion - 2 small.
- Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
- Green chillies - 2 numbers.
- Salt - 1 to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masala spices (cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves), cumin seeds, and chopped onion. Cook till they are slightly brown at the edges.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, when cooked, add cleaned lamb pieces and cook for some time.
- Then add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix. Cook for 20-30 minutes till lamb is 90%cooked (You can also cook lamb in a pressure cooker).
- Add green chillies, coconut powder, and pepper powder and cook for another 10 minutes till the sauce is thickened.
- Serve hot with rice, roti or naan by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.
