Boondi Ladoo is a yummy and delicious recipe made of gram flour(besan).It is specially prepared for festivals like diwali, sankranthri,etc,.Kids like to eat it very much. Here is the recipe to make Boondi Ladoo at home.

Ingredients used in Boondi Ladoo
- Gram flour(besan) - 500 grams
- Sugar - 450 grams
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Raisins - 2 tbsps
- Cashewnuts - 2tbsps
- Almonds - 1tbsp
- Oil - to fry
- Ghee - 2 tbsps
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- water - as required
Method:
- Take a vessel put sugar,add water to it and let it boil for few minutes and add milk.
- Then remove the skum formed while boiling and boil till you get the sugar syrup gets one string consistency.
- Add cardamom powder ,remove it and set aside.
- Take a bowl add gram flour , water and mix to a pouring consistency.
- Take a pan and add oil for frying and place boondi seiver on top of the pan.
- Pour the ladoo batter in the seiver,fry boondi and tranfer it to a paper towel.Then add it to sugar syrup.
- Add ghee to a pan adnd fry dry fuits ,nuts and add both ghee and nuts to sugar syrup.
- Mix well and make ladoos.
- Enjoy the home made boondi ladoo with kids and family members.
